Today I want to take a minute to update you on my workout routine. I am happy to report that six weeks into my routine I am still on track to reaching my wellness goals. I am working out 4 to 5 times every week and am improving the quality of my diet. This is the sweet victory I am going for this season. As we approach the end of the season, I am feeling energized and happy with my results, and perhaps a little sore!
This season ends on March 31st. After 90 days of working toward your goal, how do you feel? Are you moving forward? Did you get side-tracked?
